Graduate Unofficial Transcript Evaluation Request Form

The Graduate Admissions Office is happy to provide you an unofficial evaluation of your previously completed university coursework.

Courses must be graduate-level and under six-years old. We can transfer a maximum of 1/3 of a program’s total credits. For example, a 60 credit program would allow a maximum of six 3-credit classes. Our DCJ Program does not permit any transfer credits. All other Doctorate programs require admission to the program before review can begin.
